Ordering

Select the product you want to order and place it in the shopping cart. Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the specific item.

To view the products in the shopping cart, remove them from the shopping cart or place an order, select “Shopping cart” from the menu.

Choose the preferred transportation type:

You can pick up the goods yourself at our point of sale at Lao 8-24, Pärnu 80042. The point of sale is open on working days from 9:00 to 16:00.

You can also use the mail order option. The service provider is Itella Smartpost. The service price is determined according to the price list. Delivery time is up to 3 working days.

After filling in the required fields on the ordering page, click the “Place order” button.

Please note that product prices or the availability of the goods is subject to change without notice. If it is not possible to fill the order placed via the online store, you will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded or another solution offered.

To order and purchase goods, you must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and confirm this during the ordering process. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you will not be able to use our online store.

Payment for products

To make a payment, click the “Checkout” button on your shopping cart page. Before payment, please check that the order information is correct.

You can pay for the order with all VISA and Mastercard debit and credit cards by choosing the appropriate payment method.

Enter your card details and confirm your payment. By paying for the products, you confirm that the VISA or Mastercard debit or credit card you use belongs to you.

If you have placed an order in accordance with clause 1, made a payment in accordance with the terms of use of the online store and we have e-mailed you a confirmation of receipt of the order, the contract of sale between us and you shall be deemed concluded.

Receipt of goods

You can pick up your order at our point of sale at Lao 8-24, Pärnu 80042. The point of sale is open on weekdays from 9:00–16:00.

If you have chosen delivery, the courier will deliver the goods to the address indicated within 3 working days after the receipt of your payment to our current account. The exact delivery time of the goods will be agreed in advance by phone or e-mail and an identity document must be shown to the courier. The courier will notify you of their arrival for up to 15 minutes in advance.

Your age will be verified upon delivery. We have the right to refuse to hand over the goods if you are unable to prove your age at the time of receipt. In this case, we are not obliged to refund neither the purchase price of the goods nor the postage.

Please ensure that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct so that we can contact you if there is a delay in completing the order for any reason or if there are other obstacles to completing the order.

Complaints, withdrawal from a contract and cancellation of an order

Complaints related to goods or services purchased from the online store must be sent to our e-mail address: epood@vinsdefrance.ee.

Baltic Pack reserves the right to unilaterally and without penalty cancel your order if:

the you have not fully (100%) paid for the order (incl. if the amount paid for the goods has not been credited to our current account in full);

the delivery address of the goods is located outside the borders of the Republic of Estonia;

you are under 18 years of age;
-
the goods are out of stock;
-
the price or features of the goods have been displayed incorrectly due to a system error of the online store.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect contact details entered by you or the fact that you are under 18 years of age, we will refund the amount paid by you minus the transport costs incurred.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for any reason, we will send you a corresponding e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the order and return the advance payment made by you within 14 days.

You have the right to cancel your order after a payment has been made but before the goods have been shipped out or picked up by you, by sending an corresponding e-mail at epood@vinsdefrance.ee, specifying the reason for withdrawal, invoice number and your current account number. The advance payment for the cancelled order together with the transport cost will be returned to your bank account within 14 days from the submission of such application.

According to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages. If the goods are wrong or defective, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods at the e-mail address epood@vinsdefrance.ee. You can exchange the wrong or defective goods on the basis of the purchase receipt or invoice.

Only orders which you can prove by presenting a written agreement between both parties will be refunded. Only unopened goods with undamaged packaging can be refunded. Goods that are sold in boxes are only accepted as unopened (i.e. open boxes are not refundable). We accept returns within two weeks of the sale date.

Liability and force majeure

Baltic Pack shall be liable to you and you shall be liable to Baltic Pack for the damage caused to the other party by the violation of these terms in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

In the event of defective deliveries, administrative or foreign trade restrictions, our liability is limited to the cancellation of the order and return of the advance payment

Baltic Pack shall not be liable for any damage caused to you or for the delay in delivery, if such damage or delay is due to a circumstance which Baltic Pack could not influence and the occurrence of which Baltic Pack did not foresee or could not have foreseen (force majeure).

Other terms

We have the right to partially or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice.

We reserve the right to unilaterally amend, correct or supplement these terms. The terms effective when placing an order shall be applied to your order. We recommend that you read the terms before placing each order.

All personal data collected during your visit to the online store, ordering and making purchases will be treated as confidential information. Baltic Pack will not disclose such data to third parties and, if you wish, you have the right to request the deletion of your data from the database of our online store.

In matters not separately discussed in these terms, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and the European Union shall prevail.

Any disputes between us in regards to the ordering and purchase of goods via the online store will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, you have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or Harju County Court for the protection of your rights. You can ask the Consumer Protection Board for help and information by calling +372 620 1707 or sending an e-mail at info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee, on workdays from 9:00–16:00.
